Meetings are generally held during lunch at convenient locations in major investment communities.

• Meetings are coordinated by the Corporate Forum and hosted by local investment community representatives.
• Audience size ranges from 25 to 100 depending on the city and the presenting company.
• The luncheon format includes a brief reception, a presentation during luncheon, and a follow-up question-and-answer session. Meetings last about one hour and 15 minutes.
• A half hour presentation is recommended, followed by fifteen minutes of questions and answers.
• Preferred speakers include Chairman, President, and Chief Financial Officer, but alternate well-informed company representatives may appear.
• We offer an executive coaching service to help speakers to develop powerful presentations.

Many companies from many diverse market sectors have presented before the Corporate Forum in recent years.

Scheduling

Meetings can be booked individually or in multiples - i.e. Boston /Hartford/Philadlephia/New York. A six week lead time is ideal, although some companies book on shorter notice and some put us on their calendar a year in advance.

Expenses

A management fee is charged for each city to the client company. In addition, all luncheon expenses are incurred by the company. Please contact us for details.

History

The Corporate Forum has sponsored hundreds of corporate meetings since 1971. The Boston Stockbrokers Club is the lead organization of The Corporate Forum. The Boston Stockbokers Club is the oldest continuously running stockbrokers group in the United States. It was organized in 1971 to enable executives of selected companies the opportunity to present their company directly to an audience of registered representatives, analysts, and money managers. Since then expansion into other cities has been under the Corporate Forum banner.
